LMEC now has online registration for WRAP classes at www.lmec.org.  The simple process is easy and takes only a few minutes.

Here’s how it’s done:

·        Go the website at www.lmec.org

·        Click on ‘W.R.A.P.’ on the right side to get to the WRAP@LMEC page

·        Click the registration button there and the form appears

·        Fill out the form and click ‘Submit’

That’s it, you’re finished.

W.R.A.P. ^®stands for Wellness Recovery Action Plan, a system that helps people with Mental Health issues take control, get well and stay well.  All classes run for eight to ten weeks at our center at 6295 Edsall Road., Suite 175, and Alexandria, VA 22312.

Classes are provided free of charge and include all the necessary class materials.
